PASADENA, Calif. - JRW Realty is pleased to announce that it has closed on the transaction of a multi-tenant retail center anchored by Publix Super Markets in Sevierville, Tennessee. In addition to its Publix anchor, the property is tenanted by national and local companies including HomeGoods, Five Below, Hamrick’s, and Eye Care Optical.
