Thompson brings over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis and transaction management to his role as Vice President. Since joining JRW Realty, he has played a pivotal role in the firm’s rapid growth, helping to oversee the acquisition of over $339 million representing over 1,450,000 square feet of net-leased real estate. Before his tenure at JRW Realty, Thompson developed a strong foundation in real estate finance, contributing to his reputation for institutional-level execution and strategic property sourcing. His expertise lies in identifying high-performing, investment-grade properties that meet the specific risk-adjusted requirements of institutional clients.
